At FoodSocial Market, we want you to love your artisanal finds, but due to the perishable nature of our products, we offer a 14-day window for returns on non-perishable goods and quality guarantees on all pantry items. If your order arrives damaged or fails to meet our freshness standards, we are committed to making it right with a replacement or refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your FoodSocial account and select the 'Order History' tab to flag the specific item you wish to return or report as damaged.
- 2.Provide Verification
For quality concerns or shipping damages, please upload a clear photo of the product and packaging to help our team improve our logistics and vendor standards.
- 3.Prepare the Package
For non-perishable returns, securely pack the unopened item in its original shipping box and affix the prepaid return label provided via email.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our kitchen team inspects the returned goods or verifies your claim, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
